Refund Policy  -  All items are supplied with a 10 day money back guarantee provided that they are returned within 10 days and in the condition sent, along with the original packaging and paperwork.  (For UK returns all items must be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery (and insured according to their value and weight) and for Non UK returns Royal Mail 'International Signed For' including 'extra compensation cover' must be used.  Refunds are not payable on returned uninsured lost items.  Return postage must be paid by the customer.  Gold Coast Jewellers Limited will then arrange a full refund or exchange for goods up to the purchase price .  Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to except the return of earrings.  We are also unable to accept the return of rings and other jewellery which have been specifically engraved at the customer's request.  If goods are exchanged these goods are not subject to the Money Back Guarantee (unless this has been specifically agreed beforehand by Gold Coast Jewellers Limited).

Please check the goods on delivery if they are delivered damaged or faulty please ensure you notify us within 10 days and we shall arrange for their collection and replacement.  This also applies to earrings and engraved items.

Privacy Policy  -  Gold Coast Jewellers Limited will not pass on any information regarding its clients to any third party.  We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We will not e-mail you unless we have been given permission to do so and you will be able to unsubscribe at any time by e-mailing  enquiries@goldcoastjewellers.co.uk. 

Payment  -   on the web site credit and debit cards via paypal.  This automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).  Before you even register or log in to the Paypal site, the server checks that you are using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.   

Another payment option we also offer is the Barclays ePDQ payment gateway which is an easy and very secure way of accepting your debit and credit card payments over our website and also on the telephone.  They use excellent tools in relation to your card security and all verification checks. 

Rather than using the web site to order and pay for goods (using Paypal) UK Customers can call us direct using 01273 774044 and place their order over the telephone.  You are able to pay using Debit/Credit card, Bankers Draft or Personal Cheque and the goods will be dispatched (within the time limits stated under 'delivery' below) once payment has been received.

Delivery -  All prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling and include FREE DELIVERY via Royal Mail for UK Addresses.  There is also FREE DELIVERY to Non UK Addresses provided the order is over £50.00 (Unfortunately we are not able to take orders over £500.00 from Non UK Addresses).  For orders under £50.00 to Non UK Addresses a charge of £10.00 will be made for postage.  Should you need to return any goods and are at a UK Address we ask that you send the goods back to us via Special Delivery (to include the correct insurance - which is in accordance with the price of your purchase and weight).  If you wish to return goods from a Non UK Address we ask that you use Royal Mail 'International Signed For' and include the 'extra compensation' option.  Refunds are not payable on returned uninsured lost items.  Return postage must be paid by the customer, once we receive the goods we shall then arrange a Refund or Exchange to the value of the goods purchased .  Gold Coast Jewellers Limited reserve the right to amend this advertisement.  We do aim to deliver goods within 14 working days of an order being placed, all orders are subject to payment authorisation.   If an item is temporarily out of stock and/or delivery time is anticipated to be greater than 14 working days then we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date or a refund.  However we cannot be held responsible for any undue inconvenience caused to yourself due to the late delivery or cancellation of your order.    If you have any queries regarding your order please contact us on enquiries@goldcoastjewellers.co.uk.

The website, its contents, terms and conditions and contracts shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law.  Those who access the site from other countries are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable.  These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

 To order goods you must be at least 18 years of age.

All sizes, weights and measurements are approximate and are included for guidance only.  The images shown on the website may not show the actual size of items and are for illustrative purposes only.  The colours which are shown on the website are as good as the system allows them to be.

Any disputes not resolved by the normal complaints procedures can be resolved in the courts of England and Wales under English Law.

No third party may rely on any terms of the contract between us under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is void, unlawful or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.  These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice and we recommend that you print and keep a copy of them.

 

10 Day Money Back Guarantee - Under our 10 day Money Back Guarantee, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will give a full refund or exchange for goods to the value of those purchased, provided that the goods are returned in the condition sent, by Royal Mail Special delivery (to include the correct insurance) or for overseas parcels by Royal Mail 'International Signed For' - with 'extra compensation' cover, within 10 days of you having received them. Please note that we unable to send goods over £500.00 to Non UK Addresses. Refunds are not payable on returned uninsured lost items. The buyer has a responsibility for the postage of returned goods. Please see 'delivery ' under the page entitled Terms for more details regarding postage. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings. We can also not accept the return of items which have been engraved at the customers request. If goods are engraved they are not subject to the Money Back Guarantee.

VAT - All the products displayed on our website include VAT and are in Pounds Sterling.

ENGRAVING - many of our items can be personalised and these will be clearly indicated, however we do have to make a charge for this service. When a charge applies this will be clearly shown before you finalise your order. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these goods.
